Culture

A company is nothing without a strong culture. We actively foster an inclusive workspace, aiming to attract and retain diverse talent, we enable our people to develop and support their wellbeing and always lead by example. Below are our key aims for the Culture pillar.

  • Developing talent and enable our people to thrive: We enable access to learning and development opportunities that facilitate employee's development. We will measure hours of training, increasing where required the average hours that employees spend on this, including ESG training and improve the impact of our learning and development programmes.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace attracting and retaining diverse talent: We will broaden our existing and future talent pool and foster an inclusive workplace; ensuring all employees are respected and treated fairly and are able to be their true, whole selves.
  • Support the mental health and wellbeing of our employees: Acknowledging the fundamental importance of the wellbeing of our employees in delivering our strategy, we support our employees mental, physical and/or financial wellbeing through the provision of employee assistance programmes and other activities globally.
  • Foster a highly engaged culture: We will measure and act on the feedback from our employee engagement programmes, aiming in particular to further improve engagement scores.
