Irene Luke - Partner

Irene joined Savills in 2011 and became co-managing partner in 2012. She is a lawyer by training, having studied law at Oxford University, and has practiced in London and Monaco, working first as a commercial real estate lawyer and then in the private client field. 

She left law to join Savills, tempted by the challenge of changing careers and developing Savills in Monaco. Irene brings her legal skills to the world of real estate, playing a consulting role when negotiating sales, purchases and rentals for her clients. Known for dealing with the very wealthy, Irene has credibility and discretion when it comes to high value matters. Irene is married with three daughters, has lived in Monaco since 1990, and finds a combination of living in Monaco and frequent trips to London to be perfect.

Jean-Claude Caputo - Partner

Jean-Claude has been working in the luxury residential real estate market between Monaco and the French Riviera for the last 25 years, growing his own business with Savills since 2001.

Throughout his career, Jean-Claude has successfully advised on significant transactions including some of the most prestigious homes across the prime locations of Monaco, the French Riviera and Courchevel. For over 15 years Jean-Claude has held a licence to act as a broker in Monaco, first independently and then as a representative of Savills.

In addition to strong family roots on the Côte d'Azur, multiple languages and experience working within numerous cultural environments, Jean-Claude is passionate about the locations he covers, the sector and the opportunity to share his enthusiasm and knowledge for this outstanding part of the world.

Nathalie Gamory - Sales Director

Nathalie joined Savills in 2011 and has many years in selling and renting all types of Monaco property. Her knowledge of the Monaco marketplace is second to none.

Nathalie is French and was educated in Lyon. She first started her career as a teacher and then left the French education system to become a PA for a millionaire based in Monaco. Nathalie speaks fluent English and has a good working knowledge of German and Italian, so is well equipped to deal with international clients of all types. Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys long walks in the country with her husband and her dog where she loves to relax.

Mikael Zwaans - Broker

Mikael grew up in Monaco and, after completing his business studies in London, began working with property developers across Europe. He later returned to Monaco, where he immersed himself in the region’s dynamic real estate brokerage industry.

With over 15 years of experience advising on property sales and rentals across Monaco and the French Riviera, Mikael is a highly knowledgeable and professional broker. His strong multicultural communication skills make him a trusted advisor to an international clientele. He is fluent in English, French, Dutch, and Swedish and has a solid working knowledge of German and Italian. 

Olivier Desbouis - Broker

Olivier joined Savills in January 2018 having previously worked for an independent agency. With over a decade of experience in luxury real estate, Olivier focuses on selling exceptional properties on the French Riviera from Nice to Monaco. In September 2024, he officially joined the Savills Monaco team, further strengthening his expertise in this prestigious market. 

A native of the region, Olivier has an in-depth knowledge of the ‘golden triangle’ formed by Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche-sur-mer and Beaulieu-sur- Mer and its surrounding areas including Monaco. His detailed knowledge and understanding of the local market, combined with his extensive network of contacts both in Monaco and the French Riviera, has enabled him to forge close links with some of the region’s leading professionals, including architects, notaries, lawyers, financial specialists and bankers. All indispensable introductions to his long list of loyal clients. His discretion and personalised approach ensure that every transaction is managed with the utmost care and attention.

Jennifer Lecoeur - Broker

Born and raised on the French Riviera, Jennifer has more than 15 years’ experience working in the luxury travel & marketing industry.

Jennifer has worked in both London and in the south of France. Previous roles include Director of Sales at the world famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, following this Jennifer went on to create a high end boutique travel agency in Monaco, before joining the Monaco Savills team. Her mission today is to do brokerage for Savills Monaco with an approach that saves time and minimizes stress for the team and clients. Jennifer is passionate about travel, luxury properties and has established strong relationships with clients and partners around the world.

Silvia Mischler - Broker

Silvia joined Savills Monaco in July 2025, she brings over 30 years of international experience, having held senior roles at Citibank in Zurich, Rome, and Monaco, and UBS Monaco including serving as CEO of Citibank Monaco. 

She later co-owned a well-known restaurant in the Condamine and most recently worked in international business development for Metabolic Balance. From 2020 to 2025, she also served as Vice President of the Club Suisse de Monaco. With deep local roots and a strong international background, Silvia is a valuable addition to the team.

Caitlin Aublette - Marketing & Digital Executive

Caitlin is a Marketing & Digital Executive at Savills. Born and raised in Monaco, she studied at the University of Monaco before joining Savills early in her career.

With a French–Australian background, Caitlin brings strong local insight alongside an international perspective. She takes a modern, digital-first approach to marketing, supporting brand visibility and contributing to Savills’ online presence through content, campaigns, and digital initiatives.

Curious and detail-oriented, Caitlin is passionate about learning about evolving digital trends and building meaningful brand connections. She enjoys visiting Australia whenever possible, staying closely connected to both sides of her identity.

Marielle Galloway - Office Manager

Originally from Menton, France, Marielle has built an international academic background, beginning with Applied Foreign Languages at the University of Nice, followed by a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kassel in Germany and a master’s degree from Oxford Polytechnic with a focus on Business & Commerce. Trilingual in French, English and German, she has always thrived in demanding and multicultural environments.

Her career developed in Monaco, where she first spent nine years within an American sports management company before moving into private banking. For twelve years, she supported an international clientele in wealth management at Lloyds TSB Bank and later within the Swiss group UBP. Since December 2024, Marielle has worked at Savills as Office Manager, bringing her multicultural experience, strong work ethic, and in-depth knowledge of the Monegasque market.
